Salon Policies
Booking/Cancellation Policy: A valid credit card is require to reserve an appointment. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancelation or reschedule. Any appointment cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of service booked. Any appointment “no-showed” will be charged 100% of service booked.
Satisfaction Guarantee: Refunds are not given for any services performed, however we are committed to ensuring each guest is satisfied with their service and results. Adjustments can be offered complimentary within two weeks of a service, pending approval of management team.
Gratuities are not accepted on credit cards.
If a guest is 15 minutes or more late for their appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule and will result in a less than 24 hours’ notice reschedule fee of 100%.
We ask children under 12 do not accompany you to the salon. We do not service persons under 12 years old.
